Formations in the field of Territorial Intelligence

This master aims at allowing graduated students who will start working or who work in the social economy or in the local and regional development fields deeply knowing the processes of local and regional development and the importance of the consolidation of the different forms of social economy in this development.

The primary objective we want to reach is to offer training on the local and regional development based on a better knowledge of the endogenous development mechanisms and of the economical policies that can influence them. Thus, we consider they underline the importance Social Economy can have in these policies success.

This Master aims at allowing the graduated students getting a professional training specialised in the analysis of the labour markets, of their territorial peculiarities, and more fundamentally in the design, execution and evaluation of the employment policies. This Master gives them pluri-disciplinary theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and capabilities for the social stimulation as regards the creation of more and better employments. This Master focuses on the Andalusian territory and on its territorial and administrative divisions, on the analysis and on the application of the acquired knowledge.

This Master aims at allowing graduated students making gender studies in a pluri-disciplinary prospect to analyze the impact the gender constructions have on the disciplines that are object of the institutional teaching in the Andalusian, Spanish and European framework. In the same way, it aims at training researchers (males and females) able to develop projects on specific themes linked to concepts as important as identity and citizenship, by applying analytical categories born from the feminist theories and from the gender studies, so as to analyse the gender inequalities and to avoid the male-centred prospects in the knowledge building. This Master aims not only at training professionals who design strategies that lead to eliminate the gender inequalities and their causes through methods and projects of social intervention but also to more generally make the people more sensitive to the impact of the discrimination due to gender and to promote the social equality between men and women, in accordance with the Treaty of European Union.
Thus, the programme aims as for the research activity as for the development of the professional inclusion of the students who make this training, as for the permanent training of professionals who are experienced in gender study.

La investigación, desarrollo e innovación en el campo de las políticas territoriales de empleo constituye un elemento estratégico para la consecución de los objetivos de crecimiento económico, creación de empleo y cohesión social planteados en el ámbito de la Estrategia de Crecimiento y Empleo de la Unión Europea. En este sentido, cobra especial importancia el desarrollo de programas formativos multidisciplinares y la promoción de de investigaciones aplicadas a generar visiones integrales que contribuyan a lograr un mejor diseño (adaptación a las necesidades territoriales), gestión (desde el punto de vista de la eficiencia y de la eficacia en la organización de los recursos disponibles en los territorios) y evaluación de las políticas, acciones y programas desarrollados en este campo.

Le master IT-ISA propose de former des professionnels des métiers du territoire pourvus d’une double compétence en information géographique et en aménagement. L’objectif est d’acquérir les capacités nécessaires pour :

• comprendre les territoires par leur observation et par l’analyse de données spatialisées ;
• prévoir l’évolution des territoires par la prospective et par la mise en œuvre de modèles de simulation ;
• agir pour l’aménagement et le développement de ces territoires.
